Hi, I'm Michelle Valencia, a business consultant and coach specializing in Short-Term Rental (STR) optimization, financial management, and online business strategy. While I currently offer my services for a real estate company in Miami, I continue to take on freelance work — and that's intentional. I believe that if you teach something, you should be capable of doing it yourself. As proof of that, this year I was assisting a full team at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, managing everything remotely. Both businesses were committed to delivering results on time, and we did exactly that.
